Asset Residency The Ledger is a finished digital product. Once deployed, the right to ingest and witness data is perpetual for the organization. The client owns the resulting data lattice, and the Firm provides the independent validation logic.

The Namespace Lock To maintain the integrity of the "Consensus of Five," each license is bound to a unique Client-Slug. This ensures that the provenance of every witnessed fact is cryptographically tied to a single legal entity, preventing unauthorized "shared" infrastructure.

Hardware Autonomy The Professional and Enterprise tiers utilize a five-year hardware lock to ensure initial environmental stability. Following this period, the organization is free to migrate the binary or shard their data as their internal infrastructure evolves.
