AI Ingestion
Next Steps
We've moved past the conceptual phase. The current implementation is ready for rigorous technical review by your Vancouver teams. This isn't a slide deck: it's a functional environment that demonstrates the protocol's performance and resilience under stress.
The Implementation Demo
Your firm’s initial Elixir Shell includes a full suite of benchmarking and forensic tools. This environment provides the technical baseline your teams need to begin building your Master Gateway.
-
01
Throughput & Stress The demo includes bulk seeding tools that demonstrate 25,000 TPS bursts on commodity hardware. You can monitor memory reports and performance overhead in real-time.
-
02
Adversarial Testing Test the ledger's integrity through point-in-time recreation and manual data mutations. Watch the Merkle proofs break and repair, confirming the protocol's ability to detect and isolate unauthorized changes.
-
03
Assurance Relay The demo automatically relays hashes to our neutral assurance node. Consortium members can review the relay logic and the underlying code to verify the out-of-band notarization process.
Consortium Initialization
Membership in the National Five Consortium begins with a $400,000 mobilization fee. This capital won't be collected until at least three of the five firms have signaled their formal intent to join. These funds would stay within the consortium, dedicated to the foundational work required to protect the standard.
-
01
Legal & Escrow We'll fund the neutral legal work needed to establish airtight succession paperwork and the client-centric escrow agreements discussed in the stewardship model.
-
02
Independent Certification A portion of these funds will facilitate a rigorous audit of the binary by a reputable Canadian firm. The certifying entity will be chosen based on a majority approval from the Consortium members.
-
03
Technical Mentorship Once the Consortium is initialized, I'll begin weekly rotations with each firm’s technical team. We'll spend the first 18 months ensuring your Master Gateway is optimized and your developers are fully operationalized.
Strategic Procurement
To ensure the protocol remains a neutral standard, the project is funded by the industry it serves rather than outside venture capital. To operationalize the core engineering team while the National Five prepare their gateways, I’m offering a one-time window for strategic licensing.
-
01
The 50% Incentive Each firm has the option to purchase up to 5 licenses—Professional, Enterprise, or Sovereign—at 50% of the standard rate. These are billed in CAD and remain on your firm's balance sheet as a capital asset until you're ready to deploy them.
-
02
Inventory Sovereignty This offer is time-boxed to the first 30 days of the Consortium's initialization. These licenses are unassigned;
client_slugscan be applied well into the future. The discount accounts for the fact that these purchases precede the final escrow and certification layers. -
03
A One-Time Event This is a foundational funding event, not a recurring sales model. By codifying this as a one-time offer within the Consortium rules, we protect the value of your initial investment and ensure the Ledger’s pricing remains stable and predictable for the long term.
